If you have ever spent the day at your computer, then the evening watching TV while looking at your phone, you will know what the effects of too much blue light feel like.
Achy, dry and sore eyes are your body’s way of telling you that you are getting too much blue light and you need to give your eyes a break. Nancy talks about some of the other negative effects of Blue Light on our sensitive eyes, and some tips on how to prevent damage due to blue light.
Have a read of Nancy’s second column for Channel Magazine where she breaks down exactly what blue light is and how it can affect your vision.
